They were on time, deep cleaned the areas I asked them to focus on. Regular clean on the rest of the space. They initially missed cleaning my breakfast nook but that’s probably because my dog was sleeping there. Overall the house is very clean and the 20 year old bathtubs are virtually sparkling.

First time in our home. No supervision from me. Every nook & cranny was dusted. Baseboards were vacuumed. All kitchen surfaces were wimped down. Stainless steel appliances were all shined. A 2-person team worked for almost 4 hours on 1740 sq ft. I recommend Tidy Hands.

All of our cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide, detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people who apply end up working as a Tidy Hands Cleaners certified cleaner.
Absolutely not! We bring all of the tools and the cleaning equipment with us to every job. If you have specific requests, though, you can provide specific cleaning agents if you prefer.
We price our services based on the size of your property in Austin, the frequency of your cleaning services, and any additional extras you might need to include.
We offer free cancellation and rescheduling up to 24 hours before the time of your cleaning, where you will incur a $50 last-minute change fee and $100 for a same-day cancellation. If you choose to cancel a recurring service before your second visit, you may be charged the price of a one-time clean.
No special preparation is required. Our trusted professionals bring all the supplies and equipment needed to handle the cleaning from start to finish. If you’d like, you can tidy up personal items beforehand to help our maid service work even more efficiently, but it’s not necessary. We design our services to make the process easy and stress-free for you.
